ok dengan ini proudly announce that all my 2010 wishlist dah all-checked, except for one that i cancelled to put it in; clinique foundation. others semua dah beli diakhiri dengan this shoes. perhaps another one later, hubby?? 2010 baru je bermula kn.. hehe~
hm, after 6 months and a half, i telah succeed menghabis-taramkan 200ml per bottle of this particular facial soap. which means my notes dah tumbuh wings lah, and fly away from my purse to the cashier's hand. nah i wont mind.
now let's talk about healthy investment [eceh, dengan harapan xkan feel guilty for buying things byk2 in one shot, kene la beli something positive at least one]. i am now giving a go for redoxon vitaguard pulak instead of continuing redoxon double action.
bukan ape lah, saja nak try, bcoz the double action really good and it works each time, so why not we go for something advance then? as double action only contains vitC [not mentioned whether it is in ascorbic acid form or not, but it works, really, so i guess... YES it is] and zinc [well, to enhance the vitC absorption], while vitaguard have the very similar amount of double action's vitC and zink, better still, it also provides us vitA, B, folic acid, etc to make it worth the additional prize.
dan akibat daripada ketaksuban terhadap kesihatan diri, i give a try to something that is very great, at least for me ; discipline myself to have a mug of milk every night.. can you believe it?? x percaya pon xpe, dimaafkan, bcoz i sah-sah not a milk lover at all. each time i take produk tenusu ni semua atas awareness semata-mata ie yogurt for intestine, anlene for bone [and my teeth especially, the decaying problem, remember??], and now abbot's ensure pulak.
ok pls take note that this formulated dietary food is a complete nutrition with FOS [note that it is not Factory Outlet Store, Freedom Of Speech, or Faint Object Spectrograph, but it is actually FructoOligoSaccharide ok!] and come with a range of different flavours. so for those yg x suka milk giler2 macam i, boleh try this one coz it's yummy... the first time i minum, my comment was; i felt like drinking vanilla smoothie.. hebat kn?? told you! and why i do this pulak for this time?? because ensure ada semua keperluan, like what its claim ; complete nutrition. and, the folic acid is the most important criteria in all my health investment starting this months. hehe~ guess what?? *grin*

ok last lah ye, and it is not one kind of food anymore. it's a toothpaste. terus terang lah kan, i x boleh pakai any other brand than pepsodent, or my mouth will get ulcer[s] which is usually more than one at one time. suffer siot... that's why i always bring my own toothpaste bile pegi mana-mana pon. not that i ni jenis yang x suka share ke ape.. huhu~ before this i guna yang whitening but now i wish to try this one pulak, kalsium berganda katanya.. hope it will overcome my teeth problem.. [teruknye nampak macam i ni very ca-dependent person pulak..]
ok lah... ni saje entry yg konon-konon supershort pada asalnye tadi. actually i ada beli something much much higher value but do not want to include it in this entry. tunggu saje ok.. ngantuk sudaa... zaasss~~
