diarrhea

this morning, woke up and rushed to toilet... diarrhea.. AGAIN. sigh. tired. weak. yuck!! actually this phenomenon is common in my life [and i believe that in some others' too]. am i allergic to gluten?? or my intestine losses its bifidus?? entah lah, i'm dont know either. but one thing for sure is, i have this kind of 'routine' almost every month!! while in the same time, i drink yogurt every 2 days.. so can bifidus deficiency be the reason?? dont think so.

siapa2 yg diserang diarrhea, he/she will start to recall what have they eat for last 3-4hrs. or maybe 5. so do i. every single time. i might be able to trace which meal do triggers this discomfort, but only if hubby who eats exactly the same meal suffers diarrhea too, but he doesn't.. and again, every single time! so can food poisoning be the reason?? again, dont think so.

allergy to gluten huh?? since when?? to be true, when i was in primary school [masa tu belum pernah tau apa itu gluten], most of my classmates absent from class due to fever, chickenpox, flu, and any other reason that common. but i rarely got fever [once in 3 yrs], and had more than enough chickenpox [twice, believe me - #1; naturally, #2;budak kecik yg gatai gonyeh2 dgn sis yg sdg chickenpox, amik kau] even before my kindergarten age. dan klu setakat flu, cough etc, dont even think abah nak cutikan kitorg. abah was a very strict father [that past years] that will choose to let his two young girls [both primary school] tinggal di rumah berdua je and uruskan diri sendiri pergi sekolah if he got urgent calls from kampung, kematian sedara mara dan sebagainya - balik dgn mama dan kak cik yg masih kecik [so should we call her kak chaq now sbb die dah besaq??]. tapi sekarang ikmal hakim tu sokmo ponteng atas alasan mudah.. x aci !! tapi xpe lah...tengok hasilnye, i di meja biochemist, while sis as asst. engineer. exactly followed my planning and dream comes true. hidup sekolah!! eceh..

ok dah terbabas dr tajuk nih, now we go back to title... tapi dalam pada itu pon, i cuti once in every 3 months. due to diarrhea, or worse, vomitting up to 15 times in 6 hours, lebihan hours tu multiply la sendiri... haa...superb x perut guwe?? mmg alah tahap dewa. dah keluar ikut bawah, keluar jugak ikut atas. benci. x suka. tapi syukur lah Tuhan bg perut jugak. klu xde perut langsung camana pulak tu. tp the weird thing is, other family members were fine all day long. every single time i jadi camtu. ha.. pelik kan? pelik kan? dah cakap dah tadi...

any idea what is happening in my stomach? or intestine? kawan2 from medical background, have you guys got any info concerning what type of allergy do i have? huhu~ klu betul it's all due to gluten, mmg letih lah...jenuh nak avoid !! hwaaa....
